Mary Uwadia is the Director and Lead Consultant of Ascent Brooks Ltd. Mary is a professional real estate consultant with years of experience understanding the unique needs of clients and tailoring the service to their needs.

 

As a value-based real estate consultant, her drive and passion is based on our business philosophy, where our company's values and culture are based on the core idea of ‘Us acting in the best interest of our clients’.

 

Prior to assuming the role of a Director at Ascent Brooks Ltd, Mary gained valuable experience in public administration and banking sector. She maintains effective communication with clients and real estate developers while fostering a collaborative approach that has helped to drive sales consistently, improve service delivery and increase client satisfaction.

 

Mary has a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services to clients in Nigeria and in the Diaspora. Her leadership style is characterised by a deep commitment to collaboration, delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement. She is actively registered with the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA).
